This course introduces M.Com students to the principles of personal investment and the role of behavioural factors in financial decision-making. It focuses on various investment avenues, risk–return analysis, portfolio management, and common behavioural biases that influence investor behaviour. The course helps students understand why investors often make irrational decisions and how such biases can be managed to achieve better investment outcomes.
